Composite doors combine the benefits of a modern pvcu material with the look and feel of a traditional timber door. They offer low maintenance, outstanding energy saving and, perhaps most importantly, exceptional levels of security. At 68mm thick they are some 30% thicker than most external grade timber doors providing superior thermal and acoustic performance With no timber whatsoever there is no possibility of shrinking, warping or twisting. The filling comprises high density polyurethane foam forming a solid composite construction producing an almost impenetrable door.
Doors pass the PAS023 standard at the highest level which measures a high resistance to air and water penetration. Doors meet the requirements of ‘Secured By Design’ – a standard recognised by the Association of British Insurers Download the brochure here |
