Electric Gates and Barriers

For larger premises, perhaps but not necessarily with vehicle access, electric gates are simply fantastic. Whilst generally costing a lot less than clients assume they are very effective in so many ways.

From a security aspect they move the first line of defence to the perimeter of your property rather than the front door or windows. This makes absolutely clear that within the gates is your property and there can be no legitimate reason for anyone to be there. Accordingly, this area becomes much more secure and vehicles or property within are much safer and less likely to suffer from vandalism and car crime. When used in conjunction with an intercom at the gateway to communicate with visitors you are remote from any danger of personal abuse or assault.

The convenience of being able to open the gates from the comfort of your car cannot be overstated. Whatever the weather you remain warm and dry. It can also be much safer than having to leave your vehicle in the road whilst having to get out and open the gates. Furthermore, after opening, the gates will automatically close behind you!

Should you have children they would certainly be much safer away from the traffic and the casual attention of passers-by who are, all too often, not as innocent as they may appear. Should you decide to move you will find that your investment in electric gates is invariably a valuable asset to your property and often results in both an increased sale price and a quicker sale. They can be produced in a range of styles in either steel or timber and can be designed to hinge or slide as needs be.

Additionally we can provide automatic garage doors, parking posts or lift up barriers.
